BREAKFAST – Me favorite meal of the day. This is something I wanted to show you since a while. I got this routine for a while now, so it’s time to share. My favorite fruits are usually all berries in the world. Since a few weeks I switch to apple and banana. The most important thing is to keep this kind of healthy breakfast with low fat yogurt (1,5%) and cereal/granola with less sugar. After a delicious meal, I go for a Cappuccino in the morning.. hmmm;-).
